What are the office hours of your center?

Our office hours are from 9am-4pm and outside of these hours, if necessary.

Do the translations you deliver match the source material in terminology and format?

All our translations match source documents in terminology. The system includes developing and harmonising a specific term database. In doing so we avoid the risk of using terms that are do not match those confirmed as adequate. All translated documents retain the original format.

Do you accept jobs having less than one page for translation?

We accept jobs regardless of the amount. However, the smallest accounting unit is one page.

How could I request for your offer?

You can request for our offer by e-mail, fax, regular mail or in person and we will send you a rough estimate of a translation as soon as possible.

How could I cooperate with you as a translator?

If you are interested in cooperation with our translation center and believe that you have the required knowledge and expertise, please fill out our form for cooperation with translators. What criteria are taken into consideration when selecting your associates?

The main criterion for selecting an associate is expertise. Professionalism is also taken into account, as well as your work attitude, certificates, meeting deadlines, attitude towards associates and teamwork skills.

You may deliver us the material for translation by e-mail, fax, regular mail or in person. If the material is in the form of a hard copy, or printed out, you may send it to us by fax, regular mail or bring it in person. In case you require a translation certified by a court translator, we kindly ask you to provide us with the original document as well.

Do you charge for a text estimate?

No. Our estimate is free of charge. We make an estimate within one business day and inform you on further steps.

How do you charge written translations?

Translations are calculated on the basis of a standard translation page (1 page of translation consists of 1800 characters with spaces, or 235 words), the source/target language, text complexity, required deadline, as well as whether translation needs to be certified by court translator. Pages are rounded to a half-page and the smallest accounting unit is one page. Send us your material and we will gladly make a rough estimate.

Do you provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services and how do you charge them?

Yes. In the case of consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services we charge for the time spent with a client - from the moment an interpreter arrives at an agreed location until the completion of the interpretation service, regardless of how much time the interpreter actually spent interpreting. One day of consecutive or conference interpretation away from interpreter's home is charged as a minimum of 8 hours. The client should also cover travel expenses.

What is certification by a court translator? Does your company provide court translator's services?

We provide the services of certification by a court translator. A court translator for a required target language certifies a translation with a seal and signature and a statement that the translation is an accurate and adequate translation fully corresponding to the original document. You may request for additional copies at any time, at an extra charge.

Can your company certify a document that I previously translated?

No, in order for us to certify a document, we need to verify the accuracy of a translation compared to the original. Such documents are translated only by our translators.

How fast can you translate a document?

The speed depends on the complexity and amount of the material. For more precise estimate, send us your material by e-mail. In case you need urgent translation, please contact us by phone.

How will you send us the translation?

We send translations in accordance with your request: by fax, e-mail, regular mail or as agreed.

Do you count characters such as "a" or "." in a document?

Yes, the final character count is done by computer. This is a globally accepted translation standard.
